Troubleshooting
- If the file is not found when you click the installation link, try reloading this page and then clicking the link again.
- If the file is found but you cannot install it, look at the top of the browser window for an error message saying you cannot install the extension unless you specifically give permission to the browser to allow the installation of extensions from the download site. You then need to follow the instructions on how to alter the settings.
